Why can black comedians get away with racist remarks, but white comedians must mind their tongue?

I've always thought this was a bit strange. All these decades blacks have been upset by racist remarks by whites, but given the same opportunity they do the same. I don't think anyone complains because it just proves they would/will do the same as whites given a chance. They are proving after all they are no better/can do no better than whites.
