Why have people stopped caring about politics?

They stopped caring because they got fat and stupid. They have been made promises that are never kept but in the end they vote for the pretty candidate who can make more empty promises and make a good speech. People don't want to think, instead they want to blindly follow now. This is what happens when we are spoon feed our own tax dollars as a bribe just to vote the idiots back in. We have been bought cheaply and as long as the party continues there will be many people blind to politics and what our politicians are doing.
