Inventing a word? Where to go to publicise it?

Unfortunately for you, it doesn't really work that way. You need to have the word become accepted in conversation and writing and to have it fall into common usage before a dictionary will add it. Dictionaries are, to an extent, a history of a language; they record words that are used, they do not create or push new words into use.
