I am trying to lose weight/tone up. I really want to be dedicated to this. I want this more than anything. I am going to be honest. I am 20 years old, and I am 5'5 and weight 174.(171 on good days if im not retaining fluid) I have always had weight issues my entire life. My problem is i have always had a problem with self control. I am tired of living this way and I want to start feeling good about myself. My goal weight is 130. If I exercise and cut out all the sodas and eat right, is it possible to lose 10 pounds in a month? I need tips.
