A problem with watching your team lose..?

I won't say what team, but I have a favorite team that lost tonight in the playoffs. We haven't been playing so hot lately, and I am almost in a depression. Like this isn't the typical "fan". I am a hardcore fan, and cry after every playoff loss. I feel like my team deserves to win and the other team gets lucky so often. This isn't how I feel either, as others have publicized the luckiness. It is just frustrating how my team performs, and I get so angry about it. How do I prevent this from happening? What are some things I can do? I mean I pray for God sakes.. Please help..
