Muslims, why you do not publicize Islamic point of view of end of time?

Only Allah knows when the dooms day will come, we cant prophesies that, however, there are some sings as you said, such as the coming of Mehdi and the second coming of Issa (as). Mehdi will be a leader that will unite muslims, and Issa (as) will come to kill al dajjal (anti christ). Not sure about the timing of appearance of each of them though and when precisely will they appear so, basically we leave the matter of the end of time to Allah, no need to publicize that at all.
