Looking for a good self defense / MMA course?

The best thing I ever did was take ninjitsu, the Japanese martial art associated with ninjas. The best part about it is that it teaches you how to use your body and momentum as a weapon, rather than relying on strength or speed. In my class there were people perhaps 100 pounds overweight who could easily do rolls, flips, and powerful strikes with some training. It mainly focuses on using your attackers movement against them. Its quite a beautiful art, and if you are lucky your master will teach you how to meditate. Changed me for the better. Good luck, you are very brave.
