Is it fair illegals are allowed to game the system they cite some of the same illegal alien drivers repeatedly?

When this starts happening in the states that don't pass some sort of immigration booster program, then the illegal aliens will be removed. I think the place where the illegal aliens will wear out their welcome first will be New Mexico and when that goes, I would bet a bundle Obama will cave and enforce the immigration law.
