I used to know a guy i thought i liked, and i thought he liked me back.. but nothing ever happened . we used to eye flirt a lot . but in the end , he never had the guts to ask me out . or maybe i misread the signals . im not sure. he always stared at me and smiled and i used to smile back . but sometimes i would be so embarrassed i wouldn't give him a lot of attention . and maybe he thought i didn't like him. and then we never talked again. i was deeply marked with this love . it was the first boy i liked ever. I wanted to dedicate a song to him , i thought "how to save a life" by fray would do . "he smiles politely back at you .. you smile politely right on through" and "where did i go wrong i lost a friend , somewhere along in the bitterness " but this song really talks about a drug addict so it was discarded .. what do you think? do you know any songs that talk about something remotely like this . i �ll appreciate a lot. thank you!
